January 2012

Bob Lisberg, Manager at Pockets restaurant, would like to thank all the dancers and Coach Fuqua for letting him take a picture of the dancers with the Pockets check.  The picture will be displayed in both Pockets locations as well as his website thanking the Batavia High School Dance Team for our fundraising efforts.  Bob and his wife, JoJo were amazed at the politeness of our dancers.  Thank you dancers!!

December 2011

Good job dancers, coaches, parents, and sponsors! Your contribution to our annual kick-a-thon made it a huge success.  Once again this year we were able to make a sizable donation to the Reach for the Moon Foundation:   we raised over $1150.00!  

October 30, 2011

A big thank you goes out to all dancers and family members who attended the leaf raking event Sunday!  We had about 40 dancers/soccer players assisting our Batavia senior citizens, and they were very grateful for our help.  Your efforts made Batavia United Way's Day of Caring a big success. October 2011

The Batavia Dance Team Cereal Drive was quite successful. We donated 100 boxes of cereal to the Batavia Food Pantry. Way to go, girls!

September 2011

Over 2 weekends in September, the dancers volunteered for Jewel Tag Days and collected donations for "911 First Responders". A huge team effort with great results!

June 2011

All the dancers participated in the American Cancer Society RELAY FOR LIFE fundraiser at the Kane County Fairgrounds. Additionally, each dancer collected enough dimes to fill an empty water bottle. The event was a HUGE success due to all of your collective efforts, and the BHS Dance Team donated over $6000 this year!  Great participation, great results, dancers!
